What this does. RadiusDocs runs the Meta advertising pixel on this marketing website. Under California law that counts as "sharing" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Use the control below to stop it. This does not affect medical records or any protected health information inside the RadiusDocs application, which is governed by your signed Business Associate Agreement and is never used for advertising.

This control takes effect immediately and is remembered in this browser on this device. If you use another browser or device, or clear your browsing data, set it again there.

We also honor the Global Privacy Control signal. If your browser or an extension sends GPC, the advertising pixel is disabled automatically and you do not need to do anything here.

2. Opt out by email

To make the request across all browsers and devices, or to have us remove you from advertising audiences that were already built, write to privacy@radiusdocs.ai with "Do Not Sell or Share" in the subject line.

You do not need an account. We do not charge for this, we do not require you to create one, and we will not give you a lesser service, different pricing, or a different quality of support for asking. An authorized agent may submit the request for you, and we may ask for proof of that authorization.

3. What we share, and with whom

We do not sell personal information for money. The sharing this page controls is limited to website activity data, meaning pages viewed on radiusdocs.ai, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser characteristics, and actions such as submitting the contact form. It is disclosed to Meta so we can measure our advertising and build audiences. Section 9 of our Privacy Policy describes this in full.

We do not share protected health information, uploaded medical records, or any content generated inside the application with advertising partners, and we never use customer data to train AI models.

4. Other choices

  • Block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
  • Adjust your ad preferences directly with Meta in your account settings.
  • Unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in any message we send.
  • Opt out of text messages by replying STOP. See our SMS Terms.
